Who can travel with YACA? Confirm whether tours are limited to seniors, YACA members or open to other adults.
What is included in the tour price?
Explain that inclusions vary and the individual flyer controls; transportation, accommodations, meals and activities are commonly included.
How do I register?
Download and print the applicable form, complete one form per traveler, and follow its mailing and deposit instructions.
How much is the deposit?
General form says $100 per participant, but California and Balloon Fiesta use different deposits. Direct visitors to the trip-specific form.
When is final payment due?
Final dates vary by tour and are listed on each flyer or registration form.
What happens if I cancel?
Trip protection and cancellation terms vary. Tell travelers to review the applicable flyer and contact Denise before registering.
Where do tours depart?
Several motorcoach flyers list the YMCA at 1000 North Street in Fremont. Confirm whether that applies to every motorcoach trip.
What if I need mobility assistance?
General registration form says travelers needing mobility help must bring their own able-bodied caretaker. Ask Denise to approve the public wording.
How do I hear about new trips?
Check the website regularly and contact Denise. Add an email signup only if Denise wants to maintain a mailing list.
